Run your exchange house,
to the last cent.

Rates, the counter, customer accounts, the daily close and the compliance file — one system, in Arabic and English, on any device with a browser.

Why this exists

The drawer has to balance. Every day.

Most systems hold money in a floating-point number, round it for the screen, and lose a fraction on every trade. Nobody notices until the count is short and no one can say why. Here, money is an integer count of the smallest unit that exists — a cent, a fils, a thousand-lira note. Nothing rounds twice, and the remainder is recorded as income rather than evaporating.

Over twenty thousand trades that residual is real money. It is posted to the house, not lost — and the drawer reconciles to the cent at close.

Everything the counter and the back office need

The counter

Pick a pair, take the amount, read back the payout. The quote and the posted trade run the same calculation, so the number you say out loud is the number that posts.

Rate board

Buy and sell per pair, set by you. A market reference sits beside your rate showing the drift in basis points — it never changes what a teller trades at.

Customer accounts

The safe-deposit side. Deposits, withdrawals, and payments made to third parties on a customer's instruction — including when that puts them in debit, against a limit you set.

Daily and monthly close

The month opens at capital, each day opens at the previous day's close, and month end takes the profit above capital and starts again. Counted against expected, per drawer.

Compliance

Thresholds, aggregation windows and watchlists you configure — no country is compiled in. Flags are raised automatically and cleared by a person, with a written reason, and never deleted.

Branches and tills

Cash counted per drawer, not per company. Transfers between tills post both legs together, so moving your own money is neither income nor loss.

Why it beats what you are running now

Exact by construction

Not exact because it is careful — exact because a fraction of a cent cannot exist in it. Every conversion is asserted to balance before it is written.

Arabic and English, equally

The whole interface flips to Arabic, right to left. Figures stay in Western digits, left to right, so a payout reads identically in both.

Any device, anywhere

A browser is the only requirement. No install, no server in the back room, no operating system that stopped receiving security updates a decade ago.

Two-factor for everyone

Every account, no exceptions, enforced at first sign-in. A teller's login moves other people's money and holds their identity documents.

Your data is yours alone

Every company on the platform is separated at the database itself, not by a filter someone could forget. Nightly backups.

An audit trail nobody can edit

Who did what, when, and from where — append-only. The question an examiner asks is one you can answer.

Live in days, not months

  1. 01

    We set it up

Your own address, your currencies, your rate board.

  2. 02

    We load your figures

Opening capital, customer accounts and balances, brought across from your sheets.

  3. 03

    We train your tellers

An afternoon. The counter is one screen and three fields.

  4. 04

    You are live

We stay close for the first close of the month, the one that matters.

One setup, then a monthly fee

Priced per company, not per transaction — a busy day should not cost more than a quiet one. Tell us how many branches and tellers you run and we will give you a figure.

No charge while we load your data and train your staff.

Talk to us

Questions people ask before they call

We already have a system that works. Why change?

Usually because it runs on one machine, in one room, on an operating system nobody supports any more — and because the person who understands it is one person. This runs anywhere, and the arithmetic is at least as exact.

Do you set our rates?

No. Your board is yours. We show a market reference beside it and tell you how far apart they are, and that is all it does.

What about currencies no feed prices honestly?

The Lebanese and Syrian pounds are entered by hand, and that is the correct way to run them. A feed that pretends to price them is worse than no feed.

Can our staff use their own Gmail addresses?

Yes. Membership of a company is an invitation you send, not a matter of which domain someone's address happens to be on.

What happens if the internet drops?

You keep trading on paper, as you would anyway, and enter it after. Nothing is lost because nothing was half-written — a trade either posts completely or not at all.

Who can see our numbers?

Only your staff, at the level you give them. Not other companies on the platform, and not us in the ordinary course of running it.

See your own figures inside it.

Send us a note and we will set up a demo with your currencies and your rates in it — not a generic one.
